What kind of tree is round?

I saw the trees as I was driving along the road past Fruita, Colorado. They are very round, exactly Like a child would draw. Does anyone have an idea of what kind of tree can be?

Advice on solving deer / Knock Out rose problem?

Help! I recently added draw beautiful roses in my garden only to learn that they're being eaten by deer. I bought deer repellent that seems to work. However, a large amount of waste product, as it seems clog in the spray bottle. I even bought new spray bottles only to have the same problem. Is there anything else I can try to stop deer eating my knockout roses?

repellent is good, but since you have a particular plant than as double and spray your roses with Hot Pepper Spray Wax. They will be given "hot mouth" and deter them from returning. Like repellents, will be required every week or so.

How do you make pumpkin seeds delicious?

Ok I want a healthy snack and I was thinking fall pumpkin seeds are right ok? So … I buy a fresh pumpkin and get the go from there or should I buy store bought them in a bag? Furthermore, how can I use the rest squash, if I decide to get fresh?

Do not wash the seeds, just pull the pumpkin "guts" of them and the salt and baking. Juice pumpkin that will give them a nice crunchy layer which is delicious brown. I have my Jack o lantern out of the shell, so that is a form that could be used the remaining pumpkin.

What should I do with my garden grass roots of my big maple tree in the way?

As for how can I return to my garden Rear grass roots of my great big maple tree (huge impressive that provides shade and reduces my electric bill by hundreds of dollars each year) of trees on the road? I know I have until the age of existing turf, but the roots are on the road. I try to the extent possible, avoiding the roots, if I may? And cover the roots with topsoil and turf? Any suggestion is welcome.

A great maple is going to give dense shade. Not til – that can damage the roots and commitment of your tree. I do not spend money on new turf. It is expensive, and the grass will not thrive in the long term under the shadow of Maple tree. Some grass varieties tolerate more shade than others, but I know of no grass to be happy and thrive in the shade. If you insist in the grass, I would simply take a thin layer of topsoil to bottom (2 inches or less) and return to the seed. So be prepared to replant each year to keep grass growing there. Or you can think out of the grass. You have a lovely shaded area. How about putting on groundcovers to enjoy Shadow, marked with pots of shade-loving annual flowers for color (such as impatiens and begonias). You can throw some large cobbles to routes through him, and some areas of the site nice to sit here and there to make a good place to enjoy the shade and drinking iced tea (or margaritas).

We always have people who want more chocolate recipes. (It's so good to know that I'm just one of many chocolate lovers.) So here's more delight chocolate for you. Options include Amish Chocolate-Toffee Bars. These bars, in the true Amish tradition, are simple but delicious three bars of the layer that are easy and quick to do. If you prefer sweet, try the Triple Chocolate Clusters. These are groups of different candies and chocolates coated in nuts and pretzels. Oh, go! Make them both.

Amish TOFFEE CHOCOLATE BARS

BASE:
1 cup flour
3 / 4 cup white sugar
Butter 1 / 2 cup of

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine above ingredients and press into a 9 x 6-inches. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

FILLING:

3 / 4 cup brown sugar
Butter 1 / 2 cup

Boil brown sugar and butter in a saucepan for one minute. Pour over baked crust.

COVERAGE:

1 cup pecans
1 cup chocolate chips

Sprinkle nuts on top of filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and still warm, sprinkle chocolate chips over and spread to smooth. Cut into bars when cooled.

TRIPLE CHOCOLATE CLUSTERS

2 (4-ounces each) white chocolate bars
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1 / 2 cups chopped walnuts
1 1 / 2 cups of broken cookies

Melt white chocolate, milk chocolate and semi-sweet chocolate together in a saucepan low heat, stirring constantly. When chocolate is completely melted and blended, stir in the pecan pieces and pieces of pretzel. Drop by heaping tablespoons on wax paper slightly greased. Cool in the refrigerator at least an hour. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator up to a month.

Yield: about 3 dozen

You can make a firm using 3 cups sweet chocolate chips semi-sweet and leaving aside the milk chocolate and white chocolate.
