We always have people who want more chocolate recipes. (It's so good to know that I'm just one of many chocolate lovers.) So here's more delight chocolate for you. Options include Amish Chocolate-Toffee Bars. These bars, in the true Amish tradition, are simple but delicious three bars of the layer that are easy and quick to do. If you prefer sweet, try the Triple Chocolate Clusters. These are groups of different candies and chocolates coated in nuts and pretzels. Oh, go! Make them both.

Amish TOFFEE CHOCOLATE BARS

BASE:
1 cup flour
3 / 4 cup white sugar
Butter 1 / 2 cup of

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine above ingredients and press into a 9 x 6-inches. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

FILLING:

3 / 4 cup brown sugar
Butter 1 / 2 cup

Boil brown sugar and butter in a saucepan for one minute. Pour over baked crust.

COVERAGE:

1 cup pecans
1 cup chocolate chips

Sprinkle nuts on top of filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and still warm, sprinkle chocolate chips over and spread to smooth. Cut into bars when cooled.

TRIPLE CHOCOLATE CLUSTERS

2 (4-ounces each) white chocolate bars
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1 / 2 cups chopped walnuts
1 1 / 2 cups of broken cookies

Melt white chocolate, milk chocolate and semi-sweet chocolate together in a saucepan low heat, stirring constantly. When chocolate is completely melted and blended, stir in the pecan pieces and pieces of pretzel. Drop by heaping tablespoons on wax paper slightly greased. Cool in the refrigerator at least an hour. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator up to a month.

Yield: about 3 dozen

You can make a firm using 3 cups sweet chocolate chips semi-sweet and leaving aside the milk chocolate and white chocolate.
