How do I prevent my citrus tree leaves get yellow?

I just transplanted a nice green color orange trees navel to the floor. I used a mixture of manure and topsoil. And now, after 2 weeks the leaves start to turn yellow. What I do to earth to bring back a healthy green again.

It was this fresh manure? I'm not sure it can handle citrus fresh manure. At this point, however, the damage is probably done. Would not surprise me if the tree goes through a shock now, it might even drop their leaves. It is well again fine or die. That's what my plants usually do.
