You Will Need

• 1 C. fresh or frozen fruit
• ½ c. fruit juice
• A blender
• 2 tbsp. , Cream or yogurt
• And a tall glass
• Honey
• Ice
• Protein powder, wheat germ, bee pollen, or linseed

Step 1: Choose fruits and juice

Choose your fruit and fruit juice.

A variety of mixed flavors can do to the most satisfying shake-a few dashes of cranberry juice or a squeeze of lemon juice may be just what the DO and banana combo needs.

Step 2: Peel, pit, seed or fruit

Step 6: Taste

Stop the blender and make a taste test, then make the necessary adjustments, adding yogurt or ice to thicken, honey to sweeten.

Step 7: Pour and serve

Pour the liquid in the glass and serve.

The South American variant batter is called a "liquid" as in "liquid" or "mixed."
