Does anyone have instructions for making a false stone flower bed or container? I think it's used Styrofoam?

I saw this in a segment DIY gardening .. The guy picked up some styrofoam (?) blocks, carved out and added paint .. at the end there was something that resembled to age mossy stone! Used to make a container garden really beautiful. Does anyone remember seeing this / I can provide more information or a link? Thank you! After having been involved in theater for over 45 years and have art as one of my passions, I made fake "rocks", among others, as this set pieces. Certainly water is not resitant.
