Here are some words commonly spoken by the actors real estate agents and companies:

Amenity

The equipment or services are the features that are included with the property. For example, a room hotel would have services that are useful to the customer as a king-size bed, a whirlpool, a sauna, kitchenette, TV player, and many others. In a household property, services would be the lawn, gardens, etc.

Amortization

This is the term plan refers to mortgage payments. When the real estate agent or broker is talking to you about how much money you put into monthly payments financing your home, then discuss with you the amortization of their property.

Annual Percentage Rate

This is the total cost of a loan mortgage. It is a formula that takes factors such as the annual interest rate, the cost of insurance, etc.

Assessment

When a property sold, an evaluation is necessary. This is a document that describes the real value of a property based on current market factors. An individual called the assessor generally comes with the estimate, but it is the government adviser who is able to determine the real market value of any given property.

Assumable mortgage

When the current owner is no longer able to pay your mortgage and decide to sell the property, the owner who comes will be able to continue paying the loan if the house has a mortgage manageable. He will be able to assume the remaining cost of the mortgage to buy the property.

Balloon Mortgage

The balloon loan is a type of loan that allows the borrower to enjoy low rates for a period of time. It is called "balloon" because the borrower has to deal with greater amounts of money when the term expires, as it would have to pay in full or have refinanced.

Bankruptcy

This is a legal situation in which a borrower unable to accumulate the funds necessary to pay the mortgage. As a result, its assets are foreclosed and resold by the vendor as payment of the obligation arrears.

Building Code

The code is a law or regulation that governs how to go about building it owns. This would include constraints or rules on the materials used, the type of design or shape of the building itself.

Certificate of Title

This is a document that means the ownership of the property.
